Since 1983, Janice has worked in the world of recruiting, training and TQM. She has assisted many high-profile companies with the design and implementation of innovative systems that maximize individual and organizational performance. Sound like gobble-de-gook? Let's just say that aligning smart people, processes and tools with business strategy is her passion.

She is best known for her recruiting expertise as well as her business logic, creativity, and experience. Janice is frequently quoted in publications such as, InfoWorld, Computer Telephony and Information Technology Career World. Having finally finished her masters program, you can find Janice in pursuit of good wine and antique British cars, but not necessarily in that order. Christy Miller
Recruiting Consultant & Career Coach

Some might say Christy possesses no job skills whatsoever (these are her closest friends); others might say, as a recruiter, she "walks on water." All will agree she has the innate ability to pull people together and make something from nothing. She is co-founder of SeattleJobs.org, the first collaborative recruiting network in the US. This free Web site receives over 4 million hits per year, once again proving that hits have no correlation to income.

Professionally, Christy is a career coach and recruiting consultant having worked with many of the Northwest's premier technology companies. She is a Seattle native who has been recruiting and consulting since 1986. Christy is a frequent speaker at local, national and international events, and has appeared in the media on the topics of recruitment, business ethics, market conditions, and career advancement. Brian Barrett
Web Design & Development Consultant

Brian is Webmaster of several organizations, most notably SeattleJobs.org and the National Cristina Foundation. He is also owner of Psych Productions, a Web development and Internet consulting company. Brian's passion of Psychology led him to the University of Washington where he gained a masterful sense of how humans interact with technology. He is eager to assist fellow geeks in their pursuit of employment bliss. One of the original techies behind SeattleJobs.org, Brian maintains vigilant watch over our Network.
